1. The service

SAD Lab ("the Lab") is a subscription research and tooling platform. It publishes analysis, verdicts, and experimental software for the crypto markets.

Nothing on the Lab is financial, legal, or investment advice. It is research and tooling. You make your own decisions, and you carry your own losses.

2. Not investment advice

The Lab's research, scores, signals, and verdicts are opinions and heuristics, not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold anything. Crypto assets are volatile and can go to zero.

A score or a "red flag" is a probabilistic hint, not a guarantee. Tools like the Family Tree, Doxx Score, and Graveyard classify public on-chain data; they do not accuse individuals of anything and they are not a substitute for your own verification.

3. Accounts and subscription

You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. Subscriptions unlock the paid tools for the paid period and do not auto-renew unless you pay again.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent gating, or use the tools to harass or defraud others.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Lab to target, dox, or harass real people. The security tools are for auditing your own exposure and understanding public on-chain data, not for attacking anyone.

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute subscriber-only content. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.

5. Payments

Payments are made in stablecoins and matched on-chain. Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment is not confirmed on-chain, access is not granted.

The Lab is not a custodian. It holds no user funds; payment is a direct transfer to the Lab's treasury address.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Tools may be wrong, unavailable, or rate-limited. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that any signal predicts an outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Lab and its operator are not liable for any loss — including loss of funds, trading losses, or missed opportunities — arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.
